1. General Policy
At KickMark India, we are committed to delivering quality products and services to our partners across two primary domains: - Educational Kits, Books, and Learning Materials for our Education Partners - Regular Perishables, Packaging & Supplies for our Food & Beverage Partners. All orders placed via our website are treated with the utmost care and processed under a partner-specific code (center code), which is mandatory at the time of ordering. This code helps us identify, validate, and efficiently fulfill every request.
2. Shipping Policy
We strive to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of all orders. Below are the shipping details:- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
Estimated delivery timeframe is 3 to 10 working days, depending on the location.
For remote or non-serviceable areas, delivery timelines may extend up to 15 days or more.
Standard shipping charges may apply to smaller-value orders.
However, orders above a specified threshold (as communicated during order confirmation) are eligible for free pan-India delivery.- Invoices are generated using the shipping and billing addresses as provided during the order. No modifications will be made post-invoice generation. Please ensure all address details are accurate while placing the order.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
All orders placed through www.kickmark.in are considered final and non-refundable. - We do not entertain cancellation or refund requests once an order is confirmed. - Any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for internal resolution, if applicable.
4. Data Privacy & Security
We value the trust of our partners and are committed to protecting the data shared with us. The information collected during the ordering process—including billing/shipping address, center code, and contact details—is stored securely and used strictly for order processing, invoicing, and internal support purposes. KickMark India does not share or sell your data to third parties. All communications and transactions are protected under standard data security protocols.
